In Key Stage one, we have developed a sensory space for our children called the ‘Rainbow room’. Children can use this room for sensory work or for some quiet time outside the classroom.
The room includes a den area, sensory lighting, sensory resources, soft seating areas and chalk walls.
In Key Stage 2, we have a quiet space for children to use throughout the day.
Our ELSA team use this space too.
